This seminar course is for students pursuing the vocation of Director of Christian Education (DCE) in The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS). Participants will explore areas of interest and concern that pertain specifically to DCEs. The role of DCEs will be examined in the context of the church-at-large and the local 会众. The professional and personal growth and formation of the future DCE will be described and fostered.
